| ANALYSIS | Antigenicity confirmed by ELISA using a characterised QC serum panel. |
| PROTEIN CONCENTRATION | Reported in mg/ml by Bradford assay using BSA as standard |
| RECONSTITUTION | It is recommended to use the same volume of ultrafiltered and deionised water (18 MOhm*cm) that the vial was lyophilized from to achieve the original buffer concentration. Centrifuge vials briefly before and after reconstitution to ensure all contents are dissolved. |

| PACKAGING | Supplied in 0.5mg and 1mg vials as standard. *Due to overfill the amount of protein per vial is ≥0.5mg or ≥1mg respectively. |

| *NOTE | Vials are overfilled to allow for potential loss during the lyophilisation process often resulting in more protein per vial compared to the target quantity. Each vial will contain at least the amount of protein reported on the vial label (0.5mg or 1mg respectively). |
