CULTURE SYSTEM Material derived from bovine hydatid cyst
PRESENTATION Bovine hydatid cyst fluid, sterile filtered, presented in 100 mM glycine buffer, pH 9.5. May contain additional bovine serum albumin as stabilizer.
PROTEIN CONCENTRATION mg/ml by Bradford (Biorad) assay using BSA as standard.
INACTIVATION Whole infective organisms removed by filtration.

STORAGE - 70ºC
Repeated freezing and thawing should be avoided.
