| SOURCE | Transmembrane gp40 protein (a.a. 634 – 770) of FIV expressed in E. coli. It has been fused to thioredoxin TrxA and contains a His-tag at the N-terminus. |
| PRESENTATION | Frozen liquid in 20 mM HEPES, pH 8.0, 0.15 M sodium chloride, 0.1% polyoxyethylene (10) tridecyl ether, 0.5 M arginine and 0.13 M trehalose. |

| MOLECULAR WEIGHT | Determined by SDS-PAGE. The protein band is seen between 35 and 45 kDa while the molecular mass of 38.27675 kDa is calculated from the amino acid sequence. |
