| PURIFICATION METHOD | The protein is purified by affinity and reversed-phase chromatography. |

| PROTEIN CONCENTRATION | mg/ml by spectrophotometry at A280 using extinction coefficient 2.741. |
| DILUTION BUFFER | It is recommended to use a buffer that contains detergent. The selection of the right detergent and concentration is essential for assay performance. |
| RECONSTITUTION | It is recommended to reconstitute the product to a concentration of 0.1 – 1mg/ml with 0.01M hydrochloric acid, pH 2.0. |
| STORAGE | -20°C for lyophilised product. After reconstitution the product should be aliquoted and stored at -70°C. Repeated freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided. |
