| SOURCE | Helicobacter pylori from ATCC 43504 is cultured in a solid medium. Washed harvested organisms are solubilised and semipurified by detergent extraction and centrifugation. |
| PRESENTATION | In a 1% non-ionic detergent solution. |
| INACTIVATION | Detergent solubilisation. Infectivity confirmed negative by absence of growth under original cell culture conditions. |
| TOTAL PROTEIN | mg/ml by Bradford (Biorad) assay using bovine serum albumin as standard. |
| PRESERVATIVE | None |
| STORAGE | –70°C. Sonicate before use. Repeated freeze/thawing of the product should be avoided as this will damage the immunological activity of the antigen. |
