| PREPARATION | Protein G affinity purified mouse monoclonal anti-HIV-1-p24 (Code BC 1071) is conjugated with alkaline phosphatase (AP) using a hetero-bifunctional chemical coupling procedure. The resultant AP conjugate is purified using a combination of salt precipitation and HPLC size exclusion chromatography (SEC). |

| ELISA APPLICATION | This AP conjugate can be used in conjunction with our affinity purified sheep anti-HIV-1-p24 (Code D7320) for the ELISA assay of HIV-1-p24 antigen. It is suggested that lot 2432 be used at an approximate working dilution of 1:5000, however this will vary according to the test system being used. |
