| PURIFICATION METHOD | The protein is purified by ion exchange and affinity chromatography method. |
| PURITY | >95% by SDS-PAGE. Two distinct bands visible between 100 - 110kDa. |
| PROTEIN CONCENTRATION | As determined by absorbance measurement at 280nm using an extinction coefficient of 1.37. |
| STORAGE | -20°C for lyophilized product. -70°C for reconstituted product. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. |
