| SOURCE | Recombinant Canine TSH comprised of a noncovalently linked alpha subunit (96 a.a.r.) and beta subunit (118 a.a.r.) expressed in mammalian cell. The beta subunit contains alanine instead of valine at position 81. Product may contain free beta subunit. |
| PRESENTATION | Lyophilised from 10mM potassium phosphate, pH 7.4, 150mM sodium chloride, 100mM D-mannitol and 0.1% CHAPS |
| PURIFICATION METHOD | By affinity chromatography. |
| PURITY | > 90% by SDS-PAGE. |
| PROTEIN CONCENTRATION | mg/ml by Lowry method using BSA as standard |
| DILUTION BUFFER | It is recommended to use 10mM potassium phosphate, pH 7.4, 150mM sodium chloride, 100mM D-mannitol and 0.1% CHAPS as a dilution buffer. |
| RECONSTITUTION | It is recommended to reconstitute the product to its initial concentration using deionized water. |
| STORAGE | -20°C for lyophilised product. After reconstitution the product should be aliquoted and stored at -70°C. Repeated freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided. |
